An independent, non-political and non-profit organisation providing informational, practical and social support to Latvian nationals and other immigrants in Norway.

Our mission is to support people in situations where they need help with employment matters, crisis situations, family-related challenges or practical questions when moving to Norway.
We operate in the public interest, ensuring a safe, confidential and professional approach.

Practical support in employment matters, family-related situations and crisis moments where it is important to quickly understand what to do next.
Employment Rights Support
The association provides informational and practical support in employment rights and employment-related matters, based on Norwegian legislation and principles of good governance.
Support includes consultations, document preparation, coordination of communication with employers and analysis of situations in employment disputes.
Support for Families
The association provides informational and practical support to families moving to Norway or facing difficult life situations.
Support includes information about the education system, document preparation, housing matters and other practical processes.
Crisis Assistance
The association provides support in emergency and crisis situations by offering practical and informational assistance to its target group.
Depending on available financial resources, the association may provide one-time and short-term financial support. Financial assistance is not a legally guaranteed service.
A Safe and Professional Approach
When providing support, the association does not offer legal services unless a licensed professional is involved. In complex cases, the association may involve licensed lawyers or attorneys.
The work is carried out in accordance with public benefit principles, ensuring a transparent, safe and professional approach to every person.
